This Privacy Policy explains how Wicked Peps LLC (“Wicked Peps,” “we,” “us”) collects, uses and shares information when you visit wickedpeps.com, place an order, or communicate with us.
1. Information we collect
- Order and account information: name, email, phone, shipping and billing address, order history, payment method type and the last four digits of a card where applicable. Full card numbers are handled by our payment processor and never stored by us.
- Attestation records: your acceptance of the age and research-use attestation at site entry and at checkout, including the date and time, IP address, browser information and the policy version accepted.
- Communications: support tickets, emails, chat messages and text messages exchanged with us.
- Marketing opt-ins: your email address and, if you choose, your mobile number, along with your consent records and preferences.
- Device and usage data: IP address, device and browser type, pages viewed, referring URLs and interactions with the Site, collected through cookies, pixels and similar technologies.

3. Email and SMS marketing
Email. By submitting your email address through a sign-up form, discount offer or checkout opt-in, you agree to receive marketing emails from Wicked Peps. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email.
SMS. By entering your mobile number and opting in to text messages, you consent to receive recurring automated marketing and transactional text messages from Wicked Peps LLC at the number provided, including messages sent using an automatic telephone dialing system. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel at any time and HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. We will not share your mobile opt-in with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
4. How we share information
We share information only with service providers that help us operate, under agreements that limit their use of it: our web host, payment processors and payment-facilitation services, shipping carriers and label services, our customer-relationship and email/SMS platform, analytics and advertising-measurement providers, and professional advisers. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect our rights or the safety of others, or in connection with a business transfer. We do not sell your personal information.
5. Cookies and tracking
We use cookies and similar technologies for the age/research-use gate (so you are not asked on every visit), cart and checkout functionality, analytics, and to measure advertising on platforms such as TikTok and Meta. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling them may affect Site functionality.
6. Data retention
Order records, attestation records and related correspondence are retained for at least seven years to meet tax, accounting and dispute-defense obligations. Marketing data is retained until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. Usage data is retained in aggregated or de-identified form.
7. Your choices and rights
You may access, correct or request deletion of your personal information, or opt out of marketing, by emailing support@wickedpeps.com. We will honour verified requests except where retention is required by law or by our legitimate need to maintain order and attestation records. Residents of states with consumer-privacy laws may have additional rights, including the right to know what we collect and to opt out of targeted advertising; we will not discriminate against you for exercising them.
8. Security
We use industry-standard safeguards including TLS encryption, access controls and reputable processors. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Age
The Site is intended for adults aged 21 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 21; if you believe we have, contact us and we will delete it.
10. Changes
We may update this policy and will post the revised version with a new “Last updated” date.
