All products sold by Wicked Peps LLC (“Wicked Peps,” “we,” “us”) are laboratory research supplies intended solely for in-vitro laboratory research by qualified researchers. They are not for human or veterinary use, and not for use in diagnostic or therapeutic procedures.
1. What our products are
Wicked Peps supplies synthetic peptides and laboratory consumables as research chemicals. Products are identified by a Wicked Peps product code, with the reference compound name and CAS number provided for cataloguing purposes only. Products are supplied as lyophilized powders or laboratory diluents in sealed containers and are labeled “For Research Use Only.”
2. What our products are not
Our products are not drugs, medications, dietary supplements, foods, cosmetics or medical devices. They have not been evaluated or approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration or any other regulatory body for any use. Nothing on this website — including product descriptions, specifications, FAQs, emails or communications from our team — constitutes medical, health or dosing advice, a claim of safety or efficacy, or an instruction for use in or on humans or animals.
3. Who may purchase
By placing an order you represent and warrant that:
- you are at least 21 years of age;
- you are a qualified researcher, or are purchasing on behalf of a laboratory, institution or company engaged in laboratory research;
- the products will be used exclusively for in-vitro laboratory research;
- the products will not be administered to, consumed by, or applied to any human or animal;
- you understand the proper handling and storage requirements for research chemicals and accept full responsibility for them;
- you will not resell or redistribute the products for any prohibited purpose.
This attestation is presented at site entry and again at checkout. Your acceptance is recorded with your order, including the date, time and network information at the time of acceptance.
4. Our right to refuse
We may cancel or refuse any order, and refuse future service, where we have reason to believe a product is intended for a prohibited use, where the attestation above is false, or where an order violates these policies or applicable law. Payment on cancelled orders is refunded in full.
5. Buyer responsibility
You are solely responsible for determining the suitability of any product for your research, for complying with all federal, state and local laws that apply to the purchase, possession, handling and use of research chemicals in your jurisdiction, and for any consequences arising from use contrary to this policy.
