What WP-RTCG is

This research blend supplies retatrutide and cagrilintide in equal mass in a single lyophilized vial for laboratories studying incretin–amylin co-agonism. Retatrutide is a GIP/GLP-1/glucagon receptor tri-agonist; cagrilintide is a long-acting amylin analog acting at calcitonin-receptor/RAMP complexes.

Mechanism described in the literature

The combination of a GLP-1-class agonist with an amylin analog is studied because the two act on largely separate receptor systems and brain regions (hypothalamic and hindbrain incretin pathways versus area-postrema amylin signaling). The published co-agonism literature concerns semaglutide plus cagrilintide (CagriSema); no clinical program exists for retatrutide combined with cagrilintide, and this blend is supplied for exploratory in-vitro work only.

Handling and storage

Store sealed vials at -20 °C, protected from light and moisture. 2–8 °C is acceptable for short periods such as transit and receiving. Allow a cold vial to reach room temperature before opening to avoid condensation on the lyophilized cake.

Vials ship sealed, cushioned and with a desiccant pack in plain packaging. Each vial is labeled with the product code, net content and the research-use designation. A packing slip lists the product codes and quantities ordered.
