What WP-TESA-IPA is

This research blend combines tesamorelin, a DPP-4-resistant GHRH(1–44) analog, with ipamorelin, a selective ghrelin-receptor (GHS-R1a) agonist, in equal mass in one lyophilized vial.

Mechanism described in the literature

GHRH-receptor agonists and GHS-R1a agonists act through different receptors on the same pituitary somatotrophs: GHRH raises cAMP, while ghrelin-receptor agonists signal through Gq/phospholipase C and calcium. Classic endocrine literature shows that combining the two classes produces greater GH release than either alone, which is why paired GHRH/GHRP stimulation is a standard design in secretagogue research.

Handling and storage

Store sealed vials at -20 °C, protected from light and moisture. 2–8 °C is acceptable for short periods such as transit and receiving. Allow a cold vial to reach room temperature before opening to avoid condensation on the lyophilized cake.

Vials ship sealed, cushioned and with a desiccant pack in plain packaging. Each vial is labeled with the product code, net content and the research-use designation. A packing slip lists the product codes and quantities ordered.
